MOS output solid-state relays (also called photorelays or MOSFET relays) use optically coupled MOSFETs to switch low-level signals and small DC loads with extremely low on-resistance and virtually unlimited mechanical life — ideal for test equipment, data acquisition systems, medical devices, and battery management systems.
